These are pretty cool. They definitely have the thick padding in the panty liner. So when I wear my gym outfits that are a little bit camel toe, this won't be a problem anymore, I am a medium, since I'm short with a short torso. only 5'2 I like my thongs Pretty skimpy. But with that said, I ordered a medium, and I could have gone to a small. In my opinion, this does run a little big. It's just super stretchy and comfortable, but I like my pantys a little more Snug. I will wear them, but order them again. In another color in a small.

Absolutely works! I tried with different leggings and shorts and makes all difference. No camel! And I pulled those leggings all the way up! Also, went workout with it and they are extremely comfortable. I would say even more comfortable than my regular underwear because it doesn’t move around or get anywhere.
