1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, except for any products labeled on the site as non-returnable. *If an item is returned beyond the 30-day period, we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address and request that you pay for the shipping costs.
2. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.
3. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.
4. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Please pack your return item(s), print out the label, and stick the label to your return package. Please note that the return label is only valid for 21 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team.
