As an experienced corset and shapewear user, I've tried it all, and I was excited to add something different to my collection with this S-boned zip up piece. This is not going to give you the crazy hourglass silhouette that a full corset will, but I was impressed with its ability to pull in and shape the waist. The zipper, which conceals the hook and eyelets, helps to stealth the shapewear under tight clothing much better than my other vintage shapewear where you can clearly see the hooks. However, if the fabric is very thin the S-shaped support boning will slightly show though. You can tuck the zipper pull in to conceal it as well. I found it comfortable if a bit warm and suitable for shaping under all kinds of garments. I'm happy to have something I can wear under bodycon dresses that everything else seems to show under. The shaping is subtle, but that is the trade off for comfort and flexibility. This is a good everyday use shapewear that you could wear all day in the office and not want to throw away by the end of the day. I also like that the U shaped top holds up my bra cups for some push up action. This is a great daily use piece to have in your collection for maximum comfort, good concealment and moderate shaping.

I'm 5'4, 160lbs and ordered a medium. This is the perfect compression garment. Large fit but the medium gave the compression I wanted. Fits well, very comfortable to wear all day and even overnight.

I loved it the min I tried it on that I bought 3 more! (Size M) I tried one in a small for more compression but I don't recommend because then it becomes uncomfortable in the buttocks area

I am 5'2 and a half and weigh about 120. Been gaining a bit of weight and losing my shape so just wanted to have a waist trainer to suck everything in and train the hour glass shape along with some exercising. I bought a XS based on the short torso option and it probably is a size too small but I manage to hook it in at the largest setting. It really feels firm and secure and helps give you great posture and a little bit of a push up on the boobs as well. Who can complain about that? It is very comfortable and I feel like I can wear it all day. I can't speak for its effectiveness just yet since I just got it but I'm loving it so far. I let my daughter try it on and she likes it too so I am getting her one as well. Highly recommend! I ordered another waist trainer awhile back which was a bit different from this one. It did not fit me properly and it felt big and loose. Not flattering on at all. I returned it and felt a bit unmotivated to order another one because I was afraid I'd be disappointed again. I'm glad I gave it another shot and ordered this one
