I'm 4' 11” and 145 lb. This is a medium. The quality of this undergarment is excellent!!! It is very smoothing of the dents and dings on my rear and smooths out my tummy. It does not provide enough support to go without a bra in my opinion. I prefer to have a little more lift for ‘the girls'. Do you know what else I love? That the thigh length is so long! That's my favorite part! If I wear this with nice dress pants, you will not be able to notice that I'm wearing something underneath. Value is A+. Very, very happy with my purchase.

Great product My dress was very unforgiving and you could see every crease in my body. This garment was a savior. The only negative, there was a small cut out to make urinating easy, it was useless.

I am 5'1"195 lbs. The XL is the perfect size. I ordered the XL and the 2XL based on my measurements. But the 2XL was a little too big.

I was skeptical when I opened it, as you can see in the picture it is TINY. A little hard to pull up but once it's on it does a fantastic job. Everything is smoothed and shaped from top to bottom. No back roll, not too tight in the thigh, holds my mom belly in very well, too. Very comfortable and not too hot under a dress. Definitely will be buying another one.
