I probably should have gotten a large but ended up getting an XL and it really doesn't matter. I am 158lbs, 5'7", and 38dd. I love this and wear it a lot in the summer months. It is SO SOFT. I have washed it several times. I just put it in one of the intimate bags when I wash it and let it hang dry. I am definitely buying other stuff from them.
